Getting new customers
- Cold call new companies and fix meetings
- Call enquiries received via IndiaMART
- Run email campaigns, follow up on replies and share a simple report
- Build the lead list: company websites, contacts, categories
- Find companies and decision-makers on LinkedIn
- Collect and verify emails and phone numbers
Existing customers
- Follow up on trial samples and record results
- Collect customer feedback
- Reconnect with customers whose orders have dropped
- Follow up on pending payments
Order handling and coordination
- Enter customer orders in the system
- Check price and payment terms on every PO
- Issue quality certificates (COA)
- Coordinate with dispatch and production teams
- Confirm dispatches, update stock, keep contact details current for our second unit
- Arrange and track sample dispatches
Records and data
- Pull and analyse import/export trade data
- Ensure the sales team fills customer records fully, and chase pending updates
- Share a short status report on record completeness
- Keep product names and customer details accurate and clean
