Role Overview
We are hiring an organised, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, from client inquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and BOQs
• Support GeM bids and tenders: documentation, uploads and tracking
• Coordinate with OEMs on pricing, authorization letters and stock availability
• Process purchase orders and coordinate dispatch and installation
• Follow up with clients on quotations, orders and payments
• Maintain sales records and prepare MIS reports
• Handle client emails and calls professionally

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Good communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail

Preferred

• GeM portal or government tender experience
• Background in AV, IT or electronics distribution
