Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and streamline day-to-day operations within our Nutraceutical division. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between field sales managers, distributors, clients, production, and logistics. Your core goal is to optimize order processing, manage client records, ensure timely deliveries, and help achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Receive, verify, and accurately process client orders using internal software.
• Sales Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the field sales team, providing lead updates, product availability information, pricing matrix updates, and marketing materials.
• Client & Distributor Coordination: Handle inquiries regarding order statuses, dispatches, outstanding payments, and initial product complaints or queries.
• Logistics Collaboration: Coordinate closely with dispatch and warehousing teams to ensure scheduled deliveries align with client expectations.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain an updated client database. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and order status reports.
• Payment Tracking: Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up with clients and sales representatives to ensure timely collections.
• Broadcasting: Broadcast new product updates and promotions via WhatsApp.
• Spreadsheet Updates: Regularly update price lists, stock sheets, and booking sheets.
• Flow Monitoring: Maintain and continuously update the flow monitoring sheet.
• Database Management: Regularly update and clean the client database.

Required Skills and Qualifications
