Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities and track OCG attendance for Chennai & Coimbatore.
• Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly sales pipeline, projection vs. actual, and 3-month funnel reports.
• Update and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) data, opportunities, projections, and closed orders.
• Coordinate weekly sales reviews, Channel Partner meetings, and senior management meetings.
• Follow up with builders, architects, and sales teams on leads, opportunities, and order closures.
• Prepare visit reports, MIS, pipeline reports, and performance summaries for HO reviews.
• Conduct daily order follow-ups to support monthly closures.
• Support onboarding and CRM training for new sales team members.

Requirements

• Graduate with 25 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations / MIS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Salesforce/CRM.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Experience in interiors, real estate, construction, or related industries is preferred.
