Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage back office operations, ensuring timely processing of orders, invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth execution of purchase orders from gem portal.
• Prepare proforma invoices and quotations for clients, following up on payment follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing enquiries and resolving issues related to order processing.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in the gems & jewellery industry.
• Proficiency in preparing invoices, quotations, and proforma invoices using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
• Strong understanding of order execution processes, including purchase orders issued through gem portal.
• Excellent follow-up skills for effective communication with clients regarding payment status.
