Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient and effective sales processes. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The Sales Coordinator acts as a key point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations
• Respond to client inquiries, provide information about products/services, and address any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and CRM systems with accurate information
• Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of sales operations

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
