Designation: Sales Coordinator

Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Location: Mumbai - Andheri (W)

Job Profile:

• Prepare and submit sales offers and quotations.
• Handle the complete tender process, including documentation and submission.
• Manage vendor registration and related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports.
• Follow up on quotations with customers and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct cold calling and coordinate with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Operations.
• Maintain proper records of offers, tenders, quotations, and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team coordination and interdepartmental coordination.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Experience in sales coordination, tendering, or industrial/engineering companies will be an advantage.

Qualification :

• Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Tendering or a similar role.
• Experience in industrial products / engineering products / B2B sales will be preferred.
