Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Call and reconnect with existing or previously unconnected candidates.
• Make 50–100 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.
• Understand candidate requirements and assess their eligibility for the Germany process.
• Counsel candidates about available opportunities and guide them through the initial process.
• Engage and convince prospects to move forward in the sales funnel.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain accurate and updated CRM records.
• Follow up with interested candidates and schedule further counselling sessions.
• Coordinate with the Admissions/Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Candidates from Navi Mumbai preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills are required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listener with the ability to understand candidate requirements and concerns.
• Dedicated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop sales/counselling skills.
• Zeal to learn, grow, and build a career in sales/counselling.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Willingness to work extended/late hours when required.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the team.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to engage with candidates professionally.

Training & Growth

Proper training will be provided to selected candidates on the Germany process, counselling, CRM, lead management, and sales process. Candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
