Sales Coordinator

Job Summary Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and customers for daily sales activities.
• Handle order processing, follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and documentation.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the CRM or ERP system.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and track monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain customer records, price lists, and product information.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with operations or logistics teams.
• Communicate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under timelines.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Familiarity with ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Strong follow-up and record-keeping skills.
