Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Back Office) to support and coordinate our day-to-day sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with field sales personnel, distributors, customers/parties, dispatch, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the FMCG sales team to drive sales performance
• Analyze data and identify new potential sales areas and market opportunities
• Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports using Excel
• Support back-office operations, order tracking, and team coordination
• Follow up with parties/distributors regarding orders, pending payments, dispatches, requirements, and other sales-related matters.
• Manage back-office sales coordination, including order follow-ups, sales updates, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with the Dispatch Department to ensure timely dispatch of customer and distributor orders.
• Coordinate with field sales teams to plan and obtain information regarding market visits, customer meetings, and sales beats.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or sales coordination
• Strong command over MS Excel (data analysis, reports, dashboards)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Graduate in any discipline.
