Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage sales quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations
Coordinate with sales executives, clients, logistics, and accounts teams
Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and CRM data
Track order status, dispatches, and delivery schedules
Handle customer follow-ups for documentation, payments, and order updates
Assist in tender documentation and compliance paperwork (if applicable)
Support sales team with presentations, reports, and data analysis
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
