Sales Coordinator

NSEG Private Limited is looking for a confident, detail-oriented, and English-speaking Sales Coordinator to support our Australia-facing sales operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer communication, sales coordination, relationship management, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will play a key role in supporting the sales process by communicating with Australian customers, coordinating follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Australian customers and prospects through outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them with appropriate information and solutions.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
• Maintain regular communication via phone and email to nurture customer relationships.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Track leads, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related reports and documentation.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professional communication.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Candidate Profile: 

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
• Professional telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
• The ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work from the office.
