Roles and Responsibilities



Handle and maintain relationships with existing clients by providing timely support and
regular follow-ups.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, addressing their queries and
ensuring prompt resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Accounts, and Technical) to ensure seamless
service delivery to existing clients.




Monitor customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships to improve client retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
Follow up on renewals, repeat orders, pending payments, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service requests in the CRM
system.

Ensure timely communication with clients regarding order status, product updates, and
service schedules.
Requirements and Skills








Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with CRM software is preferred.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
13 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a similar role.
