Job Description

1) Customer Retention & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Handle customer queries and complaints, and provide timely resolutions
• Regular follow-up with customers for feedback and satisfaction levels
• Ensure a smooth post-sales experience for customers
• Work on the Resell property inquiry
• Schedule maximum revisits & achieve the monthly target

2) Client Engagement Activities

• Conduct regular calls, messages, or meetings to stay connected with clients
• Organize customer engagement activities or events (if required)
• Maintain a database of existing clients for future opportunities

3) Key Competencies

• Time management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of property documentation and legal basics is an advantage.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
• Experience in real estate sales, preferably in real estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Problem-solving and objection-handling skills
