Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Manage customer queries and resolve issues through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions using MS Office tools.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
