Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who can handle customer coordination, quotation preparation, regular follow-ups, order processing and payment follow-ups. The candidate should be good at Advanced Excel, data handling and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
• Check pricing, discounts, GST, payment terms and other quotation details before sending.
• Maintain a proper quotation and follow-up tracker.
• Follow up regularly with customers on quotations and pending orders.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for pricing, discounts, order status and customer requirements.
• Ensure pending customer queries and quotations are followed up on time.
• Handle payment follow-ups and coordinate with the Sales/Accounts Team for outstanding payments.
• Process and coordinate customer orders from confirmation to execution.
• Maintain customer, quotation, order and payment-related records.
• Prepare MIS reports and sales-related reports using Excel.
• Analyze sales/quotation data and highlight pending and important follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate

A candidate who is proactive, organized and strong in follow-up, with hands-on experience in preparing quotations, coordinating with sales teams, managing customer requirements and maintaining sales/payment data in Excel.
