Sales Coordinator

Aeroaids Corporation is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive business growth across the Navi Mumbai region. The role involves generating new business opportunities.

Aeroaids Corporation is one of India's leading manufacturers of aerosol spray paints and industrial maintenance products under the trusted Com-Paint brand. We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals to drive business growth across the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.

* Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

* Promote the company's products and provide product demonstrations when required.

* Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, payments, and order execution.

* Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.

* 1–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in paints, building materials, industrial products, FMCG, or related industries.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
