Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily coordination and customer follow-ups.
• Handle order processing, quotations, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, accounts, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain sales records and reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Assist with dispatch, payment follow-ups, and inventory updates.
