Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations, order processing, customer coordination, and MIS reporting. The candidate should have good communication skills and strong follow-up abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, revise, and share quotations and sales orders.
• Handle customer and vendor communication professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with site engineers, installation teams, suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders.
• Attend walk-in customers and provide product information.
• Resolve customer and internal team queries to ensure smooth operations.
• Visit project sites for commercial and coordination support when required.
• Collaborate with sales, installation, finance, technical, and support teams.
• Coordinate inventory to ensure timely order execution.
• Maintain sales documents, quotations, contracts, and related records accurately.
