Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and order status.
• Track sales orders from enquiry to delivery and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, site visits, and customer appointments.
• Monitor pending quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant department for resolution.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
