Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales team for daily sales activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals and other sales documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders and payments.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch and Accounts departments for order execution.
• Maintain customer and sales-related records in Excel/ERP.
• Track sales enquiries, quotations, orders and delivery status.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales records.
• Handle customer calls and emails professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 or 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Sales Administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in preparing quotations and maintaining sales records.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
• Candidates from manufacturing / industrial / automation / engineering companies will be preferred.
