JD- Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, dispatch tracking, delivery schedules, and coordinate with production/logistics teams.
• Monitor receivables, follow up on payments, reconcile customer ledgers, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare quotations, track opportunities, and manage tender submissions.
• Conduct market and project research, gather competitor insights, and build relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and dealers.
• Handle customer inquiries, maintain databases, schedule meetings, and support presentations.
• Prepare sales, collections, dispatch, project, and MIS reports.
• Support the Marketing Manager with daily operations, meetings, travel coordination, events, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Good reporting, record-keeping, and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and commercial processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, customer service, or administration preferred.
