Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and facilitate training sessions.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive follow-ups.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial automation industry.
• Strong understanding of Siemens Teamcenter configuration management system (CMS) and change request management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
