Sales Coordinator

Riverwood Projects is hiring a Sales Coordinator for our plotted township project

• Coordinate site visit scheduling between our sales team and prospective buyers/partners
• Track and maintain visit and lead data in trackers/spreadsheets
• Follow up on pending documentation and payments from clients
• Prepare weekly reports on visits, conversions, and lead status for management
• Act as the point of contact between field sales staff and internal management
• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and admin tasks

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years in sales coordination, operations, or CRM/backend sales support (real estate preferred, not mandatory)
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic tracking tools
• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
• Willing to work weekends during active site visit periods
• Clear communicator in Hindi and English
• Based in or willing to travel to the Sonipat/Kharkhoda/NCR region
