*About the Role*

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operational activities for Motor Insurance Small Claims (Below 50,000). The ideal candidate should possess strong operational coordination skills, sound knowledge of Motor General Insurance, and the ability to manage claim-related documentation and stakeholder communication efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle day-to-day operational activities related to Motor Insurance Small Claims (Below 50,000).

* Coordinate with insurance company managers, dealers, workshops, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure timely claim processing.

* Follow up on claim progress and maintain adherence to defined service levels (SLAs).

* Verify claim documents and ensure all required paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant.

* Maintain accurate operational records, valuation data, and MIS reports.

* Manage data entry and update claim information in internal systems.

* Resolve operational queries raised by internal and external stakeholders.

* Ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams for timely claim settlement.

* Identify process gaps and support continuous operational improvements.

*Required Skills*

* Good knowledge of Motor General Insurance, including motor claims processes, policy documentation, and survey workflows.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel (data management, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas).

* Strong data management and documentation handling skills.

* Experience in document verification and record maintenance.

* Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with insurance company managers, dealers, workshops, and internal teams.

* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

* Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet turnaround timelines.

*1Language Proficiency*

Tamil Mandatory Malayalam – Added Advantage Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.

*Preferred Background*

Candidates with experience in Motor Insurance Operations, Claims Processing, Survey Coordination, Insurance TPAs, General Insurance Companies, Automotive Dealerships, or InsurTech organizations will be preferred.
