Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless order processing.
  
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by maintaining customer records, generating reports, and performing data entry tasks.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing discrepancies, or quality concerns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial equipment/machinery industry.
  
• Strong coordination skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using software applications such as Excel for data analysis and record-keeping purposes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
