Sales Coordinator Edgeband Division

Location: [Okhla] New Delhi

Experience: 2–5 years

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.

* Coordinate with sales team, customers, production, dispatch and accounts.

* Track orders from booking to dispatch and ensure timely delivery.

* Maintain customer records, price lists and sales MIS.

* Follow up on outstanding payments and pending orders.

* Handle and coordinate customer complaints until closure.

* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

* Ensure accurate order processing and timely communication.

Required Skills

* Good communication and follow-up skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM.

* Strong coordination and customer-handling ability.

* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

* Experience in Edgeband, furniture, plywood, laminates or related industries preferred.
