Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including product configurations, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing change requests, tracking RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and coordinating with suppliers.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial equipment or machinery industry.
• Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM systems for managing product data and processes.
• Strong understanding of Product Management principles, including configuration management and change request management.
