Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders using SAP system.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by maintaining accurate records and reports on sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to order processing and inventory management.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in sales administration or coordination role.
• Proficiency in SAP system for sales order processing and management.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, including order processing, quotation generation, and invoicing procedures.
