Sales Coordinator

• Role Purpose

Support the sales and commercial function by managing domestic and export documentation, ensuring seamless order execution, and enabling effective coordination across internal teams and customers.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Documentation

• Manage domestic and export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents)
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper record maintenance

Order Management & Coordination

• Process and track orders from confirmation to dispatch
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams
• Ensure timely updates to customers

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for customers and internal teams
• Resolve queries related to orders and documentation
• Support the sales team in execution activities

Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain sales records and documentation
• Prepare basic MIS and support reporting requirements

• Education & Experience
• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration
• 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or commercial operations
• Hands-on experience in domestic and export documentation

• Decision Making Scope
• Prioritize documentation and order-related activities
• Coordinate execution timelines across teams
• Identify and escalate operational issues

• Internal: Sales, Production, Procurement, Finance
• External: Customers, Logistics & shipping partners
