Sales Coordinator

iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Sales Coordinator.

About the Role:

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AM/Manager- Banking & Alliances to serve as the primary SPO

KeyResponsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, pending orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, finance, and dispatch teams.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
• Monitor sales targets, order pipelines, and pending requirements.
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned sales personnel.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and correspondence.
• Assist in customer relationship management and post-sales coordination.
