Role Description

The Sales Support Coordinator – Yarn is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, providing operational and administrative support to the sales team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining order records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation. The coordinator supports customer service activities by tracking orders, resolving basic issues, and following up to help maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Daily responsibilities also include updating sales reports, assisting with inventory-related communication, and ensuring that all sales processes adhere to company policies and quality standards.
