Sales Coordinator- Wire & Cable

We have an urgent requirement for a Sales Coordinator for our manufacturing unit.

• Manage customer orders and day-to-day sales coordination.
• Handle Sales Order and related transactions in SAP Business One / ERP.
• Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Production, Procurement, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Track customer orders from order receipt to production and dispatch.
• Follow up for material availability and production status.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to sales and pending orders.
• Maintain sales documentation, customer records, quotations, sales orders, and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and pending orders to the concerned team.
• Ensure smooth Order-to-Dispatch coordination.

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One / ERP.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling ability.
• Manufacturing/Engineering industry experience preferred.
• Candidate should be proactive and able to work under deadlines.
