About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.
- Maintain CRM records and update sales pipeline data.
- Track quotations, orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and customer correspondence.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Back Office Sales.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM software, and email communication.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is preferred.
