Sales Coordinator - Telecalling

Job Description:

Sambhv Steel Tubes Limited is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator – Telecalling to support sales activities through customer communication, lead follow-ups and coordination.

Candidates with experience in the Steel Industry, Building Materials, Manufacturing or relevant B2B industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
• Support lead qualification and sales follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries and customer interactions.
• Coordinate internally for quotations, product information and customer requirements.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and maintain regular customer communication.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and data management.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, disciplined and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in steel, building materials, manufacturing or B2B sales support preferred.
• Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to work from Mumbai.
