1. Preparing Enquiry Capture Sheet Excel Format
2. Sales Coordinator Order Taking Sheet – Excel Format
3. Sales –New Business Development (NBD)
Client Retention & Reorder (CRR)
4. Sales FMS (Field Sales Management / Field Management Services) & Monitoring of the same
5. Weekly tracking of MeCA (No of Meetings, Conversion Ratio & Average Rs Sales)
6. Creating, generating leads through search engines like perplexity, Apollo IO & passing on those leads to the Sales Team
7. Review of MCAP (No of meetings, Conversion Ratio Average Rs Sales, Gross Profit, Revenue & Profit)
8. Monitoring CRM (Customer Relationship Management) – Fresh sales
9. Follow up for orders with existing customers
10. Prepare list of lost prospects from existing / old ERP System
11. Monitoring on weekly basis their sales targets Vs actual achievements
12. In the absence of Desk Sales Team member, generating Sales Order, sending payment reminder emails, coordinating with dispatch team for planning daily dispatch plan
