Sales Coordinator (on Contract)

Role & responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support end-to-end customer ordering and sales operations, including stakeholder coordination, project documentation, order booking, stock updates, billing coordination, MIS reporting, and collection follow-up.

1. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to obtain quotations for Omron and non-Omron products, and support proposal preparation.

2. Prepare, maintain, and manage technical proposals, approvals, and related documentation.

3. Coordinate internal project execution activities and manage vendor interactions to ensure timely project progress.

4. Maintain project records, documentation logs, and filing systems for effective document control.

5. Manage internal material loans, stock coordination, and material billing processes.

6. Process customer and Channel Partner orders, including order booking, acknowledgement, and tracking.

7. Prepare and issue project-related documents such as test certificates, authorisation letters, and tender enquiry letters.

8. Generate and maintain MIS reports, sales records, and project status updates.

9. Share AR ageing reports with customers and Channel Partners and follow up on outstanding collections to support timely payments

10. Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal teams, customers, Channel Partners, and vendors.

11. To manage End to end Channel Partner / Distributer order booking process on ERP tool & documentation.

12. To support Channel Partner / Distributer day to day operational activities like preparing letter, quotations, MIS reports, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any stream with Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales co-ordination
• Excellent experience in MS office tools such as MS office including Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Project execution process
• Able to handle data analysis and MIS report making
