Sales Coordinator (MBA Marketing Fresher)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an MBA Marketing/Sales Fresher to join our Sales Team as a Sales Coordinator. The candidate will support customer enquiries, quotations, order coordination, documentation and follow-ups, while developing an understanding of scaffolding products, rental processes and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and customer requirements.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with customers, project sites, Operations, Stores, Transport and Accounts.
• Maintain sales records, customer data and Sales MIS in Excel/ERP/CRM.
• Track material dispatches, returns and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals and documents.
• Follow up for pending payments and rental dues as instructed.
• Support the Sales Team in identifying new business opportunities.
• Visit customer/project sites occasionally, if required.
• Learn about scaffolding products, rental procedures and commercial terms.

Candidate Profile:

• MBA in Marketing/Sales Freshers can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented B2B sales environment.
• Candidates interested in a long-term career in B2B Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
