• About the Role

We are looking for a Female Fresher to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The candidate will support the Sales Team in day-to-day coordination, customer communication, quotation preparation, order follow-up and sales documentation.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn about our FRP and manufacturing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily sales activities.
• Handle customer enquiries received through phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers as instructed by the Sales Team.
• Maintain customer and enquiry records.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and pending requirements.
• Maintain sales-related documents, quotations and order records.
• Update daily/weekly sales follow-up reports.
• Follow up for payment status wherever required.
• Learn about company products, specifications and applications.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Fresher candidates with a sincere and learning-oriented approach are welcome.

• Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma
B.Com / BBA / BMS / BA / BE / Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

Fresher 0 to 1 Year

Working Pattern

Office-Based Role

This is primarily a coordination and office-based position. The candidate may occasionally coordinate with customers, vendors or other departments as required.
