Location: A-801, Westgate Complex, SG Highway, Makarba, Ahmedabad 380015
Work hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6:30 pm
What you will do:
Getting new customers
- Cold call new companies and fix meetings
- Call enquiries that come from IndiaMART
- Write, send and follow up on email campaigns, reply to responses and share a simple report
- Build the lead list: find company websites, contacts and categories
- Find companies and people on LinkedIn
- Collect and verify emails and phone numbers
Follow-ups with existing customers
- Follow up on trial samples and record the result
- Take customer feedback
- Reconnect with customers whose orders have dropped
- Follow up on pending payments
Order handling and coordination
- Enter customer orders in the system
- Check price and payment terms on every PO
- Issue quality certificates (COA)
- Coordinate with the dispatch and production teams
- Confirm dispatches, update stock and keep contact details current for our second unit
- Arrange and track sample dispatches
Records and data
- Pull and analyse import/export trade data
- Check that the sales team fills customer records fully and chase pending updates
- Share a short status report on record completeness
- Keep product names and customer details correct and clean
Who you are:
- Comfortable and confident on the phone in Hindi, Gujarati and English
- Willing to make cold calls daily and handle rejection without losing energy
- Accurate and detail-oriented: order entry, prices and records must be right the first time
- Good with computers: Excel, email, and quick to learn new software and AI tools
- Follows up persistently without being reminded
- Organised enough to juggle several pending tasks and close them
