Sales Coordinator - Customer Support

Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales activities, processing orders, maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and ensuring timely communication between customers and the sales team. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates residing in or near Perungudi, Chennai will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries and orders.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Track sales targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments for order fulfillment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock status to customers.
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
