Sales Coordinator Cum Tender Executive

Role & responsibilities

Sales Coordination:

• Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
• Follow up with clients for payment collection and post-sales support.

Tender Management :

• Identify relevant tenders through online portals and other sources.
• Collect, review and compile all necessary documents required for tender submission.
• Prepare tender documents including technical and commercial proposals, in coordination with internal team.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper records of submitted tenders.
• Follow up with clients for tender clarification and updates.

Customer Relationship Management :

• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding enquiries, quotations and order status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Support customer visits, meetings and product presentations.

Preferred candidate profile -

We are looking for a candidate who has -

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint) and tender portals (GeM, CPPP etc)

- Attention to detail ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of sales processes, quotation preparation and tender documentation.
