Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will support and manage the sales team by coordinating Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong coordination abilities, and proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination:

• Act as the central point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
• Coordinate daily sales activities, track progress, and ensure targets are met.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel.
• Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation of building materials.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and technical teams for timely execution.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer management, and sales workflows.
