Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance and insurance options.
• Conduct effective vehicle presentations and arrange test drives.
• Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, calls and digital enquiries.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories and Delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/DMS regularly.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Participate in outdoor marketing activities, exhibitions and promotional events.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate preferred.
• 13 years of automobile sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
• Kannada language is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented sales environment.

Salary Range: 20,000 – 35,000 per month
