Position: Sales Consultant
Industry: Automobile (Passenger Vehicles)
Job Location: As per dealership/showroom requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, financing, insurance, and exchange offers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate sales closures.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership objectives.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with good negotiation skills.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Knowledge of passenger vehicles, finance, and insurance processes is an advantage.
