Greeting and qualifying customers: You'll be the first point of contact for potential buyers, welcoming them to the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences, and identifying the KIA model that best suits them.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration: You'll need to be a KIA expert, showcasing the features and benefits of each vehicle, arranging test drives, and highlighting how KIAs stack up against the competition.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: You'll guide customers through the buying process, negotiate prices, and work towards closing sales that meet both customer needs and dealership targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Providing exceptional customer service is key. You'll build rapport with customers, address their concerns, and ensure a positive buying experience that keeps them coming back for future purchases and referrals.
Sales Targets: You'll be responsible for achieving set sales targets for both new and pre-owned vehicles, along with potential add-ons like financing and extended warranties.
Staying Up-to-Date: The auto industry is dynamic, so you'll need to stay current on KIA's latest models, features, and promotions to effectively represent the brand.
