Role Description The Sales Consultant role at HTIC Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Sales Consultant will identify and pursue new business opportunities, present HTIC Global's outsourcing services to prospective clients, and develop customized solutions that address their operational needs. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting consultations and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in coordination with internal teams. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, monitoring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with service delivery teams to ensure commitments are met. The Sales Consultant will provide regular sales reports, participate in strategy meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable outsourcing solutions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, focusing on building trust, managing expectations, and strengthening long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and professional client interaction.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, outsourcing, or service-based industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple opportunities, and use CRM or similar tools for lead and pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory professional conduct.
