The Role

You'll identify and connect with potential clients, understand their technology needs, and bring in new projects for our team. This is a performance-driven role where your earnings grow directly with the business you close.

What You'll Do

Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients (startups, SMEs, and enterprises)

Pitch our web, mobile, QA, and server maintenance services

Negotiate and close deals

Work toward clearly defined quarterly targets

Compensation & Growth Path

This is a commission-only engagement with no fixed monthly payout

Attractive commission on every deal you close

Clear quarterly targets shared upfront

Consultants who meet their targets will be offered a full-time position at NextArch Labs based on management decision.

What We're Looking For

Experience in B2B sales, preferably IT services or software solutions

A strong network or ability to generate leads independently

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Basic understanding of software development services is a plus
