Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in North Delhi. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective clients to understand their immigration needs, present suitable service offerings, and guide them through the consultation and onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, explaining visa options and processes, preparing basic proposals or fee quotes, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, collaborating with immigration advisors to ensure service alignment, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to match client needs to appropriate immigration services.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including responsive follow-up and relationship-building.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain complex immigration processes.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage pipelines, and prioritize multiple client inquiries.
• Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment and collaborating with a professional team.
• Basic understanding of immigration or related services is preferred; experience in a consulting or service-based industry is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience will be considered.
