Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, customer referrals, field activities, digital enquiries, and corporate/business development.
• Meet and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets assigned by the dealership.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Nissan vehicle models.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives while effectively explaining product features, specifications, and benefits.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate within company guidelines, and successfully close sales.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers until the sales process is completed.
• Maintain customer records, enquiries, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to facilitate vehicle financing and insurance requirements.
• Coordinate with the registration and delivery teams to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery experience.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in showroom promotional activities, outdoor marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering a superior buying experience and maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards.
• Adhere to company and dealership policies, processes, and ethical business practices.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 2- 5 years of experience in automobile sales or any retail/direct sales environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM applications.
• Passion for automobiles and customer service.
